Signed up for Triton’s annual service plan after they installed my a/c unit and furnace. Excellent work as always, with another great tech doing the service work. To Michael and Kim, It's been too long for Triton Air not to refund my wife's deposit. In good faith she gave your company a deposit for a mini-split installation which your technicians failed to complete. Maribel keeps jacking my wife around with excuses and we don't think it is right. It's been weeks. Please refund the deposit without delay.

I had Adrian show up today to be my air-conditioning technician. He called on his way over. He showed up on time if not early. Was professional and friendly. He even put up with my dogs, jumping on him for a few minutes. Definitely appreciate it.
