We’ve only just started working with OCE but they’re already far ahead of any cleaning companies we’ve used before! They took the time to understand exactly what we needed and made sure every area was spotless. I was really impressed with their attention to detail to spots that other cleaners usually miss. There's rude, there's unreasonable. Then there is OCE Hilarious to speak to. Apparently their managers vanish to lunch or appointments just after the office staff had confirmed speaking to them before putting you on hold. No customer care or consideration.
I consider OCE team to be very responsive. They always deliver as promised on time and within budget. I would very happily recommend them to anyone.
