Had our Audi in for a clean up. Black interior and a light dog leave a lot of mess! Car looked like the day we took it off the showroom floor. Headlights were touched up and had a few scratches buffed out too. Saved me a trip to a body shop. Thanks guys it was a pleasure!
Do a decent job when they finally get to working on your car, but terrible customer service.
Brought my truck in for an interior detail, the truck was used in a farm and was disgusting Inside and the smell was terrible the seats and carpets were stained, there was a build up of gunk in the cup holders and door panels even the steering wheel was sticky! When I picked it up it looked and smelled like something you would expect to see on a dealership lot! They even had me look it over to make sure I was satisfied. I was extremely dissatisfied with the detail service that I recieved. There were areas of the vehicle that a vacuum never touched. I am happy to share photos. Dust and dirt on the dash and window sills. Dirty seats that were not moved in the slightest to better clean. I am kind of shocked. What did I leave my car with them for 5-6 hours to do?
I made an appointment at 11-12-16 9AM to have my scratch remove from my car. I waited 30 mins with no one at the shop and no courtesy phone call stating they're gonna be late. I leave and I get a call from them saying they were picking up cars at a dealership ( not my problem, don't give me excuses). I told them I would only come back if they could knock off some money from my quote, I wanted $20 off but Brieena was thinking like $5 off. I have an 11 year old car that went through many hands before me. I took my car to OCD Detailing because I had purchased a Groupon, and wasn't expecting much because my car is so old. When I picked up my car, my jaw literally dropped. It looked like it was new!! They were also super understanding that I had to pick my car up late due to my work schedule. I seriously would recommend this place to any and everyone! I'm Beyond impressed!
I'm very disappointed in the service I received today. I feel you didn't even vacuum it well. Also, the seats didn't look like they were shampooed, and my truck was not heavily soiled. I paid extra to have the engine compartment cleaned and it looked very dirty. The bottom of the hood wasn't even washed. I do a better job at home in just a couple hours.
