Disappointing experience entrusting a child to the care of this team. They don't include family even though it's a part of what they say on the website and what they are required to do. Incredibly over priced for what it is and very narrow understanding of mental health broadly. Generally not helpful when asking for help and sliding scale doesn't exist, even though they advertise this. Feels profit driven and so it's very hard to trust the staff or the therapists. Would not go back or recommend.

Before starting treatment for OCD, I was terrified. I wasn't sure if it was something I could do, especially after trying ERP with another practice, I fully believed that ERP was just not for me. I had my therapy sessions with Merissa. While I faced significant challenges with the therapy, specifically in terms of the therapist's consistent difficulty in differentiating between my OCD symptoms and those of another disorder I have, I do want to acknowledge the courteous and friendly demeanor of the staff and therapists at the practice. Their approachability and kindness were appreciated, even though the treatment itself did not meet my needs.
