My business lost power for roughly 5 days. During this time, they stopped coming (which is understandable). However, power has been restored for almost a month, and NOONE has shown up! I have called the general customer service line and have left 3 voice-mails & have yet to hear from anyone. They even had the nerve to bill me an invoice for the month they didn't even clean the place..... terrible
