Can’t put in to words how much I owe to this place and Sally. I have suffered from severe OCD/travel and health anxiety for most of my life and sought out her help for a big upcoming overseas trip. Not only did I survive the trip, I actually enjoyed myself and made lifelong memories that I can look back on fondly. I am forever grateful for what Sally has done for me and would recommend anyone to see her. Very professional and is the perfect mix of keeping you comfortable and pushing you out of your comfort zone.
I hope whoever reads this does get the help they need. My therapist did what they could to help and I am thankful :) my experience with admin is ultimately the reason I quit.
This place saved my life. I went from terrifying, paralysing, and life destroying thoughts and feelings of panic, guilt, shame, and panic, to being able to actually live my life again. I did not think there was a light at the end of the tunnel for OCD but I promise there is and this place will help you. Thank you to Chelsea, she is beyond incredible. My eternal thanks.
I’ve been meaning to leave a review here for quite some time. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about how lucky I was to come across the OCD Clinic. Zoe and the team were extremely professional. Zoe guided me through an effective ERP program and I am now able to not just function but thrive on a daily basis. Thank you again for everything!
I generally don't write reviews as a rule - but this businesses lack of professionalism and client focus has prompted me to provide this review so others are forewarned. I am an accredited holistic counsellor myself and am beyond disappointed in both their therapeutic service delivery and their administrative client interface.
