The OCD Anxiety Centers in Federal Way helped me to find motivation in my life again, and it taught me on how to manage problems that I've been pretty much plagued with for a decade of my life. My anxiety caused me to isolate myself from the world and anything that was new or unknown. They taught me that fear doesn't rule my life. I have been suffering servilely for over 30 years with no hope. And one single google search saved part of me. I have extreme OCD/Anxiety and ADHD to the point of crying most nights because i couldn't control it but i found some hope. They taught me how to "feel the burn" and how to actually deal with it instead of just ignoring it. If you can dedicate the time and space to complete the whole program i highly suggest that. OCD anxiety centers Federal way has changed my life. 8 months ago I was was incapacitated, broken, fearful, and depressed because I didn’t know how to handle what was happening mentally. I do not think there can be a better program to help someone with OCD or anxiety. The staff at this clinic are AMAZING. Everyone I spoke and worked with was so helpful and supportive and kind.
