She explained everything and made sure I understood what she was explaining she was patient I recommend Ms. Gwen at all times shes the best Ive had an experience with. Her energy was welcoming and kind she was transparent very and very professional
Gwen was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet, caring, and professional throughout the entire process. I came in for a drug screening, mask fitting, and tuberculosis blood work, and she made everything quick, easy, and stress-free. Gwen took care of me and was awesome, she’s the best blood draw I’ve ever seen and did everything with ease and answered all my questions. She deserves all the awards and recognition.
I had an excellent experience at this location. After multiple attempts to complete a drug screening at other facilities, my samples kept getting lost in transit, which was incredibly frustrating and delayed an important process. The management team and the nurse who assisted me at this facility went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled correctly from start to finish. I had a great experience with Gwen. She did everything quickly and efficiently while making sure I understood every step of the process. She explained everything clearly, was very attentive, and consistently checked on me to make sure I was doing okay. Her kindness, professionalism, and excellent care truly made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
