Received Tb test, neg. Results but test site was bruised and still pink more than 10 days later. Called at 1 week mark. Wait 3 more days -till Monday. Still bright pink mark left on arm, brown tinted bruise gone. Went back to office on Monday- now 10 days after initial test administered. Saw nurse was told it is a bruise-pink bruise…also told dr would be calling me that day. Nobody called. Please beware if this is where you are being sent for a pre-employment test.

Since they let Dr. Bass go I have been very unhappy... the new doctor is a quack! He let me go and ruined my income through work comp to no fault of my own. He refused to treat my condition. He put me at risk of Covid twice once when he made me go through the Covid tents to get medical treatment for my condition, which only needed a prescription he could’ve written, and another time when he fired me he dropped his mask and walked within a 6 foot diameter of my space and dominated me with his presence to intimidate me when he... read more

Absolutely terrible! The staff is 100% incompetent, they don’t even know how to send & receive forms! I’m not joking about that either, the fax & email information on their forms are incorrect and go to an affiliated company 5 miles away that may or may not send them over to OHS. They never returned any of my calls, I always had to contact them to get any information! If you can avoid going to this dirt-bag organization at all, do it!

I waited nearly two months after falling off a ladder and being unable to sleep, stand, or breath comfortably the entire time. Probably a slipped disc, the doctor reviewed a questionnaire and determined he couldn't see me. After two months of agony you couldn't even be bothered to see me. To hell with all of you.
