We used this facility just yesterday to explore the possibility of sending our employees there for a range of pre-employment exams. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. They do not answer the phone directly and ask that you leave a voicemail. However, if you call more than once without leaving a message, the receptionist becomes noticeably hostile and uncooperative—refusing to answer basic questions about their services.
