I have called 4 times to try to get my dot physical results, and all four times nobody has picked up. Get better counter people. Unacceptable. Edit: I've tried calling every other line to no avail. This is bullshit!
Horrible experience. I was there waiting in the waiting room for an hour and a half. My nurse was being trained and the whole experience was horrible. To make matters worse they took it all so lightly. Even laughed about it. Gross incompetence.
Known Non-operational hearing test equipment including hearing box which could hear alot of ambient noise failed the test and yet somehow passed... What a joke this place is.
This place is joke,they working hand in hand with workers compensation, denied the claim,because doctor doesn't feel that the injury happened from me working, how can he say that,when I am the one feeling the pain,and I know it happened from working duties. I don't know what to do....
Just only called these people on two occasions. It goes " you come in at this time or basically the hell with you." When you don't have a serious injury and can't leave work asap, you have to resort to other facilities. Very poor attitude when calling this place. You would think the board at St. Vincent would be embarrassed to be a part of this branch/ corporate asset even sharing the same name no less. If Google reviews could go to zero, I'd put that down.
