I always go here and get everything done fast and everyone is always kind. I had Jennifer who did most of my exam for work and she was the sweetest! I had a rough day at work and the last thing I wanted to do was go to an appointment she really made a rough day at work better with her great personality.
I got lost because maps took me to the wrong place... There are no signs for occupational health on the outside of the building ... It looked like a shopping center to me. So I finally found it... And I get in, 5 minutes before the time I was TOLD in the AHCN reminder call. The front desk employee says my appointment was 30 minutes ago and berated me for being late. Mocked me saying, "Well, when you see the paper work you'll understand why we want you to be here 30 minutes early." Hands me the paperwork and I go to rush thro... read more
Called to schedule an aviation color blind test. Was told it was a walk in and it was $65. Walked in get charged $60 then get told doctor isn't in with the ipad for the test, so they refunded. Come back in get charged $65 and told the system says thats what I paid last time and I have the receipt that says otherwise. Go to show the receipt and all she says is, "Well the system says it was $65" The other nurse was wonderful, but that doesn't make up for the desk lady's behavior.
I have called 4 times to try to get my dot physical results, and all four times nobody has picked up. Get better counter people. Unacceptable. Edit: I've tried calling every other line to no avail. This is bullshit!
Horrible experience. I was there waiting in the waiting room for an hour and a half. My nurse was being trained and the whole experience was horrible. To make matters worse they took it all so lightly. Even laughed about it. Gross incompetence.
