Logan was super helpful, even when the system was having issues he was able to navigate it all super well. Overall a great experience! Wouldn’t highly recommend
Worst staff and worst facility in Utah the one little girl in there after giving my sample (with the cup temperature correct) pulls out a laser thermometer for food and tells me it’s too cold, we proceed to do an oral swab since they close at 5. (You only get a second chance until they close) I put the mouth swab in exactly how she asks me to every direction, she watched me the entire time and then says that because it’s not activating I’m obviously tampering with it and that if it doesn’t activate I’ll have a refusal?
