Dr. Foogle is arrogant, rude and pompous. Went in for a DOT physical and flunked the eye chart. Was told once I got new glasses all i had to do would be to come back in and pass the chart. I got the new glasses, came in and was told now I have to get another appt. because of an eye treatment. He also told one of the service reps that he just might fail me anyway.
