I visited OccuMed Plus in McKinney recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the front-desk staff during check-in. While waiting, I observed the front-desk employee return other guests’ driver’s licenses and paperwork directly into their hands. I am not sure anyone knows this, but they always say 'Our internet is down.' I personally think it's an excuse to not work or someone did not show up for their shift. What exactly do they get paid for? Sit and play on their phones?
