Personable, patient, qualified - these are qualities Maule Akana has, in droves. I wish more people were like her, but sometimes you are just grateful that people like Maule Akana exist when you need them. I say, give her a raise! Anyone who embodies this level of patience, understanding and care deserves all the kudos they receive (if not often, that needs to be remedied.)
