ZERO STARS, lady receptionist is rude as hell.
The receptionist is literally the rudest person ive ever spoke to in my life. Obviously the dentist is ok with this based on all of the negative reviews on this Karen. That's one way to ruin your business!! MY ADVICE IS TO GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
I like the dentists but the receptionist is so rude. She's always short with me and often times has attitude.
Bad customer care. I waited almost a year for an appointment only to not receive a reminder call before hand, despite me asking for one. Also, what happened to kindness? The office woman was so snarky and unpleasant. How was she hired?! Clearly the dentist does not care about how their employees treat people so long as his retirement fund keeps growing. This place is run like the Titanic, it’s a sinking ship with a captain who gave up.
AVOID! They have the rudest receptionist I have ever spoken to. She was very condescending and unprofessional. I know I’m not the first to notice her cattiness. She will give this business a horrible reputation… she already is
