Occasions Catering helped serve our large Indian wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch (~450 people per event across 2 events on the same day). The team was easy to work with and the on-site staff did a fantastic job day of. Thank you Occasions for a great experience!
We hired Occasions for our wedding this past weekend at Woodlands. They did a fabulous job!!! We worked specifically with Katie on the menu, tasting, and all the contract details. She was so helpful and made the process very easy. On top of that - we loved our food. Especially the late night bites. I would definitely recommend Occasions to anyone!!
Occasions catered an event I attended recently. The food was great with many vegetarian options. But the best part was the staff. While everyone was great, one person stood out:Jordan Brown. He was friendly and gave everyone what felt like special attention. He was especially helpful to me. His cheerful demeanor and vibrant energy was amazing!

We had the best experience working with Occasions for our Sep 2025 wedding! Our event designers, Aspen and Katie, were so kind and helpful throughout the process of designing the event. I got quotes from 4 of our venue approved catering companies and Occasions was the most cost effective and allergy friendly option I found!
