Bought a used 2015 civic in "perfect mechanical" condition only for the entire muffler to snap off 3 weeks later no extra warranty offered, they repaired it and said only the standard 1 month warranty is what they can offer, took me an hour and a half of waiting to speak to manager, he was nice but offered 0 help other than attaching the muffler back on, would never purchase anything from here ever again.
