I was originally impressed with how quickly they called after my orthopedic doctor's office visit. Very polite and helpful. Am in a great deal of pain but they explained they needed insurance approval. That was on a Monday, my visit was scheduled for Thursday. Today, Wednesday, I got a call that my doctor hadn't signed the paperwork for them to submit. Why didn't they call me? I don't know. Why didn't they call me earlier? I don't know.
