I was originally impressed with how quickly they called after my orthopedic doctor's office visit. Very polite and helpful. Am in a great deal of pain but they explained they needed insurance approval. That was on a Monday, my visit was scheduled for Thursday. Today, Wednesday, I got a call that my doctor hadn't signed the paperwork for them to submit. Why didn't they call me? I don't know. Why didn't they call me earlier? I don't know. RecommendedMelissa and Mel are both professional, personable, and detailed in explaining paperwork, the process, and billing. COVID-19 Info: I called upon arrival, as requested. Masks required. Every thing was cleaned before I walked and I'm sure, after I left. The office was spotless during my visit.
