Overcrowded, apparently overbooked, long wait, small place and the only place where they ask you to put a mask on and then tape it to your nose and the staff is exempted from doing the same. If they want to prevent spread of virus, must move to a bigger space or do not overbook or get more doctors to function effectively. Dealing mostly with elderly and no accessibility options! I love their Mississauga location, which is organized and efficient. Unfortunately, not accepting new patients.

During my initial visit to this clinic, the staff appeared friendly, but the overall atmosphere was disorganized and unclean. Upon entering, there were two check-in screens, a desk with masks (mandatory), and a form to complete. I witnessed a confused older man struggling to sign in, prompting me to call a receptionist for assistance. Visited clinic April 2022. Clinic is in an industrial zone on a dead-end street. There is no parking on the street. There must be at least 80-100 staff at this clinic and *maybe* 15 parking spots so everyone parks on the no-parking street. Covid was still an issue when I was there. They industrial-strength air exchangers running. It was deafening. The staff were literally *yelling* at each in order to be heard.
