We called for a price quote on a lift kit and verified the price with three separate phone calls that the quote included both shocks and springs. They wouldn’t take our order over the phone, so we drove from Newport to order the parts in person. When we arrived, they nearly doubled the price of the parts. I would not recommend this business due to their bait and switch tactic.

We are sorry for your experience. You did talk to our new sale person in training. He did make a simple mistake on rough country’s website. Management will be looking into this to make sure this doesn’t happen again. But I can promise you, there is no bait and switch tactics going on here at OCC. We sell Rough Country products for the same price that is on their website.

They took time to help my husband find exactly what he wanted. Order came in when he was advised it would be in. He received a phone call when it came in & was told that they could complete the work as soon as he was ready. I dropped off his truck & received a call in about 2 hours saying the work was completed. Only negative is the young man at the counter told me his factory parts were in the truck.
