Bob Archer is amazing. I was having a problem with being able to start my engine from one of my batteries. The batteries tested fine. It was my poor selection of wire sizes when I wired the two battery set up. I would have never been able to figure that out on my own. Bob saw the problem right away, made me some new, larger cables, and directed me on how to complete the installation. Fixed! Thanks Bob.
I don't really trust boat repair places and their electrical knowledge. I came across Bob by accident, and I sure am glad I did. Exactly what I needed...an electrical specialist. I ended up using him for a consultation and he walked me through everything, stuck with me(and he did this over the phone mind you) and got me fixed up! Couldn't be happier. Super nice guy too.
Bob does quality work and provided guidence on battery charger and electrical for my boat. His attention to detail is flawless.
Wow! I can’t recommend OCB strongly enough! I had a difficult A/C leakage issue on my 50’ Carver and nobody in my area would agree to help me chase it down. I called Bob at OCB and he was immediately willing to help and make a trek long-distance. Bob is a highly experienced ABYC certified pro, imparted a lot of knowledge on my boat and found the source of my problem, which was a hot water heater. If you’re looking for the best and a gem of a guy, call Bob!!
