Well I contacted them and was advised by Joyce that they specialize in Marion Oaks lots i had 70k cash to spend and am not a high maintenance client. I bought a home in Marion Oaks last year and in purchasing several properties and homes over the past few years ive come to find that most realtors are lazy and i guess it only takes 2 weeks to get a real estate license in Florida so finding someone competent is not such an easy task.
