Dr. Byrd is as good as they come. Good man and Good Doctor. I was with him almost 10 years now. I am sorry to see him Retire but he has earned it after 40 years of practice. He will be missed by me and my family.
Dr. Byrd is by far the most caring and compassionate Psychiatrist. He listens and understands better than most. He genuinely cares about his patients and wants them well.
I would like to thank both Scotty and Dr Bryd. You both have helped me in ways words couldn’t describe. I wish I would have found you both sooner! Scotty thank you for helping me pull my life together, and REALLY listening. I cannot express how grateful I am. You have helped me help me and you continue to do so.
Don't bother calling they do not accept ANY insurance and you will get a smirky "kay bye".
When I need help the most in a crisis, they abandoned me. I told them I was suicidal and my plan. Dr. Byrd and Scotty Lusk sent me home. Then they wondered why 3 days later I attempted suicide. After that they discharged me from the practice and served me with a trespass warning. Was that really necessary? I should have sued them for malpractice.
