I only do a review like never. But I was in the Preserve Ocala and stopped at D.R. Horton 10 minutes before they opened in the morning and the lady was so freaking rude and mean stating we are not open come back later. So I went over to Shea Homes early also. Abbey was opening and I said I just wanted to look at a couple new homes, she said let me open and yes we can. I highly recommend Shea Homes to anyone looking to build a new home. They delivered a quality product and ensured a positive building experience.
I was parked slightly on the grass trying to finish a few things up on my phone before driving. I was parked there for probably 10 min when Steven the gate card came up to me and very politely asked me to please move off the grass. I was so amazed at home kind and professional he was. I know it’s not easy to walk up to someone and ask them to move. Really impressed with the staff here.
