"Oxygen Required" My Story and Experience with Ocala Lung – 10-05-2020 For 6 years, I have been gasping for air. During my marriage, my husband would routinely body-adjust me throughout the night because of the snoring and growling. It was difficult for him to sleep. He would even go to bed sooner than me to get a “head-start.” Fast forward to 2018, I was in an emergency surgery for my gallbladder and the Surgeon diagnosed me on the table with “Severe Apnea…” During recovery,... Today Meghan gave me the best news and I love the caring attitude and friendliness of all the employees. I felt very comfortable with the information I was given. Dr. Raj has treated generations of my family and Meghan is a great nurse-practitioner. Thank you.
you could work with your patients on providing information to obtain medication from the manufacturer. the manufacturer of medication requests information to be provided by prescribing physician and Ocala lung flatly refuses to provide requested information and states the manufacturer of medication does not know what they are talking about. poor customer service as your refusal to provide the information requested my manufacturer prohibits patient to obtain medication unless patient is willing to pay $540 out of pocket every... read more
someone at one of their offices can't set appointments. twice in the last 6 months my mom has been told to come to the ocala office. she is a skilled nursing center. she can't drive. the center has to transport her up there. both times after confirming she is to come to ocala. they get there and then told nope go to villages. have to wait to reschedule then. someone needs to be held accountable and face discipline at work for this.
Office manager is rude, unprofessional and allows the staff to hang up on patients, consistently make mistakes and not held accountable for any of their action or behavior. Their solution to problems is to just fire the patient instead of trying to improve and deliver adequate customer service or medical care to patient, usually elderly, that have few options when they have a lung disease.
Office manager is useless. Employees will tell you anything to get you off the phone or just hang up. They refuse to provide test results without an office visit. Every doctor, pa and arnp we have seen in the past 13 months has dropped the ball as my mother has gotten more sick. And if you try to speak with anyone regarding any complaints they will blame the patient, family or anyone else possible except office staff AND....wait for it..... they will ultimately refuse to see you anymore and send you on your way.
Very informative, really put me at ease.
I'm a recent patient. Have seen the doctor only once on the initial visit. Met with P.A. and she ran the blood gas test again. Still waiting over 2 weeks to get test results. I have called several times and left messages. NO ONE has ever called me back. Even left message about this to the "office manager" and they HAVE NOT called me back either. I don't know why this office is still in business.
