front office staff are just awful, i;m getting my records and will not return
Great doctors, horrible support staff. It takes great persistence to talk to a human being. Placed on enternal hold. Showed up for sleep study and no tech was there to do it along with another patient. Only 1 tech for 3 patients. I tried to get a credit for their mishap and Carol stated they do not do that. She informed me if I missed my appointment, I would have been billed approximately. David L extension 347 will not reply to my voice mail. Very angry with this facility my husband have copd and sleeping apnea, is being waiting more than a year for the machine, no body cares, I had to see him struggling and gasping for air every night and no one knows nothing only excuses. At this point I don't know what to do if changes with different place or anyone knows with who I had to talk I'm desperate, this situation is damaging his lungs more.
