Yay, I can write a great review for Zachary Willey. He kept at it with this old unit so it'll run for awhile longer giving us time to gather estimates on a new unit so we dont have an overpriced impulse buy. He was so nice and answered all our questions.
I'm hoping to be able to write a good review if and when I get service. I sent in a no air request, did get a call with no time estimate, sitting in a 91 degree house at 430 pm because I have no idea when they might come. I had to initiate communication with office and all they can tell me is when a tech available they'll let me know. At this point hoping I'm alive if/when they ever get here. I would have gone somewhere cool if I knew it was going to be all day. Poor communication from office.
