Met son of owner. Owner may be retiring. My replacement glass would take 4 weeks since they are no longer keeping glass in house. He did refer me to Affordable glass that cut my glass as I waited.
Very rude , unprofessional customer service. Ridiculous that business like that are offering any kind of service. Customer service laughed about me, when I said that I install windows. We are a US Army Veteran family. Your very welcome for your freedom!
The person I spoke started off okay and progressively got worse I was extremely rude about the fact that people have to be paid for their time and then when I told them that I was in the trades and I didn't charge people through the nose for my service he said I guess you get what you pay for how about not trying to rip people off because you can
Avoid this company at all costs. They said they would come out do an estimate and then called and switched days saying their work truck was in the shop which was fine. Then the day they were supposed to come do the repair I called the office several times to confirm my appointment and no one answered.
