Recommendedfriendly staff, nice and clean. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Dr Cruz is a nice guy and good doctor . I would go back when needed without hesitation
i love Dr. Bryant she is understanding,compassionate, and just very personable easy to talk to.
Extremely happy with my doctor and both specialists I see. HOWEVER, The front desk people for the most part could use extensive customer service training, especially phone courtesy, they are the rudest bunch of people I’ve ever encountered! Your job is in the Health CARE field, try putting a little more emphasis on the CARE part! I have hung up frustrated beyond belief so many times when calling there. If my doctors weren’t so good, I would have left long ago over your customer service!
My Doctor has many patients and when I’m sick and I call if he is not available they set me up with others doctor that also take a good care of me !
I've never seen a doctors office run so well I actually got an x-ray and an MRI as well .Excellent service and very friendly staff.I highly recommend this place I was there less than 2 hours for all of it
I’ve been a patient with OFMC since they were in their little building & only a couple doctors. I love my Doc & his nurse. However, I do agree with most posts, the front desk girls are very rude, on their good days. Many times I’ve been there & overheard their personal conversations as well as not so personal, issues with Pt. accounts, etc. In the back, the rooms lack verbal privacy, I can hear the other patients conversations, I can also hear the conversations of the employees... I usually don’t write a review or give a bad review. I like to give people a chance but I don’t recommend this place. The Receptionist are very rude. And I left 4 messages in 2 days to my nurse practitioner about getting a referral for a sonagram from my mammogram to a different imaging place accepts my insurance than the one they sent me to and never heard back from them.
The young lady sitting to the far right at the reception desk. I do believe is the most disrespectful, rude, oblivious, healthcare worker I've ever encountered. Your encounter begins with her bellowing your name then she proceeds to speak at the same volume level when you are at the desk so everyone in the waiting area can hear the protected health information she wishes to discuss.
