Ocala Eye has been a great place for all of my eye care needs. Kellie and other support staff are all pleasant and efficient doing their jobs. Kellie takes her time explaining what is happening and clearly reviews my plan.
I have had 6 eye surgeries and seen an Ophthalmologist once an year over the past 45 years while living in Ohio. I wanted Ocala Eye to get my medical records from my former Ophthalmologist and could not get the staff to comprehend why their eye surgeon would want to see my file, in fact they were completely dismissive! Figured if the staff is this incompetent, I don’t want their Doctors touching my eyes.
