Originally scheduled for angiogram on left leg ordered as "urgent" in June, then cancelled 3 days before the procedure because they did not have a heparin substitute in their office. Then rescheduled for the 1st week of July @ UCI-FV because the hospital did have the heparin substitute. Everyone of doctors and staffs are nice with ONE EXCEPTION the lady said she is OFFICE MANAGER was horrible on the phone when we tried to make opts according to our health insurance refer by Our PCP. Not sure if she is Dr Son Duong ‘s wife or family member or just someone work as office manager and not sure if she gave us the true name Camilia or not! This Dr facility had been reported to Board of medical about this woman. They lost several good patients due to unprofessional from this woman.
