Had an appointment for 130 Sunday 9-27. My wife and I arrived at 120. Call Charlie the tint Guy, says he'll be at shop in 10 minutes. He arrived at 140, late. He then goes to the door to office and cannot enter. He says the guy that lives at the shop is not here. I say, do you have a key? He says, I had one hanging up inside shop, but it was taken.
