Hit and miss for customer service. Second time here. Their selection of cactus plants is plentiful, there are many options to choose from. I was shopping with the intention of purchasing a gift for my mom to rebuild her cactus collection lost in the Altadena fire. It took almost 20 min for someone to acknowledge us. I chose a $50 cactus. Weird vibe, even when I tried to ask for a small discount & sharing how my mom was affected by the fires in our Altadena neighborhood. A lot of plants...but wasn't helpful at knowing the plants...all answers was I don't know ! Didn't even attempt to help...LOL
Horrible customer service/ racist vibes yikes Call themselves OC succulents... with very little succulents Waste of time
