Dr. K is very good at explaining lab results and her office is very responsive. They’ve been great about communicating with other specialists.
One of the best provider experiences I’ve ever had. Dean and Dr K are both compassionate, knowledgeable and considerate. They both closely reviewed my medical history, listened deeply and addressed my needs effectively. They were able to get me in quickly and Dr K diagnosed me with something I’ve needed help with for 7 years. Wow, I am shook. Wildly rude office staff. After contacting multiple times and leaving 2 voicemails, two weeks later I finally get a call back. First call is immediately dropped, a few minutes later they call back. The guy on the phone proceeds to just interrogate me about my insurance. He sounded extremely annoyed to be speaking with me - he called me! I'll go elsewhere. Not worth it to deal with the attitude.
Absolutely love Dr. K …she’s personable, knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. I was nervous about starting medication for osteoporosis, but with her guidance I feel 100% comfortable with how we are taking care of it. Could not ask for a better doctor✨
Dr. K has been wonderful, a wonderful listener and actually cares about her patients. My case history is very inconsistent symptoms sometimes mild othertimes....major. Having medical illnesses' is traumatic as it is, and sometimes one wants to just give up. She gave me great suggestions,and a treatment plan. i finally am beginning to feel some semblance of hope.
