I am extremely disappointed with the service at OC REHAB. The sanitation practices here are absolutely disgusting. They reuse electrodes on multiple patients without proper cleaning or replacement, which is highly unhygienic and unacceptable. Moreover, the clinic allows walk-ins, which means my mom's appointments are often pushed back much further than they should be. This lack of respect for scheduled appointments is frustrating and shows poor management. The receptionist, Doan, is another major issue. He deceived my mom ... read more
