I never ever had a problem with OC REM. It is so sad to read garbage from fake people (Fake names) giving low feedback. Shame on you. Eugene and his Team are hardworking, super nice and friendly people, always answered my calls and emails. This is a sellers market, you don't like it. Sell your Unit and move on.

I have worked with Cheryl Miller, property manager, for 6 years as the association president. We have a great working relationship. She is responsive and professional every time I need to talk with her. She tries her best to find the best contractors for jobs, but what I find is, getting a good contractor, especially landscaping is hard to find in Ocean City. She is very engaged during our association meetings and follows up on things on which she is asked.

As an owner and condo association president, I am very pleased with how OCREM has worked with us to maintain our building. Association Manager Cheryl Miller is always on top of the issues in our building. She represents OCREM at all our monthly board meetings and at our yearly general association meetings. She is pleasant, professional, reliable, easy to work with, and communicates well with the owners.
