We have rented 2 different properties having OC Pro as the Property Management Company. Mitch and his team have been so easy to work with. They have been super responsive when there were maintenance issues, they helped us find our second place to rent, they communicate well, they have been easy to contact and everyone is really nice. Would highly recommend if you are looking to rent a place, call them first and see what they can find for you.

OC Pro is such a breath of fresh air! They manage the property we rent in South County. I've had multiple requests for repairs and maintenance and they always respond right away. In two instances, repair men were at my home within 2 hours of my call. Their online portal is so easy to use and streamlines the rent payment and repair request process. From experience in working with other PM companies, OC is the best... by far! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I live next to a property they manage. The property became flooded and the manager, Jessica Castellon, gave me a verbal promise that their company would cover the electric bill while my property (not managed by them) was being aired out using large electric fans to prevent mold growth. I took her for her word as she gave me her card. We have had endless issues with OC Pro Property Management. Fixtures in the home were built improperly. Doors became stuck. Towel hangars collapsed. And when these issues were raised, OC Pro would be extremely slow, or even not respond at all. Additionally, our when our front door became stuck and we couldn't enter the house and had to use force to open the door, OC Pro decided to charge us a flat 200 dollar fee for damages, even though the original source of the problem of the door becoming stuck was due to poor constructio... read more
