THE GOOD!! ordered 3 bowls with auto ignitors. they shipped the bowl, the ignitors and everything was well packaged and professional. we had a broken thermocoupler and they shipped a new one. THE BAD!! they sent bowls roughed in for manual lighters. I was told to cut them out. they sent glass shields for the glass media, yet had to be cut to fit the thermo-couplers, the auto ignitors are far to big fit in the bowls. they couplers will not sit upright due to taper on the bowls. I do not see how this company has 5 stars. They took advantage of me and another pool company in my area. They did not ship what we ordered, said they will ship the right product and then ghosted us. They do not answer the phone or emails. $5,000 lost.
