My experience with OC Mattress in Costa Mesa was beyond disappointing; it was a debacle that left me questioning the integrity of customer-focused businesses. Great selection and Mario our sales person was friendly, informative and low pressure. He was focused on getting us the right bed, not just closing a sale. This is our 3rd purchase from OC Mattress and they are as always great to work with and don't have cheesy gimmicks, like so many other Mattress and furniture stores.

My wife and I bought a mattress 3-4 years ago. It wasn't cheap...for the last 6 months I've had the worst back pain. I called, told them I have visible sinking areas in my mattress (weight is 170lbs) and asked about the ten year warranty I was told about when we bought it. They send somebody out, all a gimmick, two days later warranty claim is denied. Unfortunately this company lost my trust and consequently my business.

Needed a new mattress, but the guy must've had somewhere else to be and closed the doors 9 minutes early. Of course, he was nice enough to wait until we got out of the car and walk up to the door, before he quickly said, "we're CLOSED" and closes the doors. Ended up going to Mattress Firm down the street. We were taken care of there.
