I had an excellent experience with Cooper at the Newport Beach store. Very patient, professional and knowledgeable, and pricing was also very fair. The delivery and installation was flawless. If you are looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend OC Mattress.
My experience with OC Mattress in Costa Mesa was beyond disappointing; it was a debacle that left me questioning the integrity of customer-focused businesses. The company's promise of a premium, restful sleep experience turned out to be a hollow sales pitch. Delivery of the mattress was egregiously delayed, arriving a full month past the promised date. Great selection and Mario our sales person was friendly, informative and low pressure. He was focused on getting us the right bed, not just closing a sale. This is our 3rd purchase from OC Mattress and they are as always great to work with and don't have cheesy gimmicks, like so many other Mattress and furniture stores.
