I spent $5,000+ on a mattress here and regret it. I wasn’t reminded of the 60-day return policy when I came back within the first week — instead I was told to “give it several months.” When I returned after 5.5 months, they denied any help and even refused to let me speak with a manager. For such an expensive purchase, I expected professionalism and transparency. Make sure you get the return policy in writing.
