Dr. Cross is the Boss! Brilliant dentist, brilliant staff.
Dr. Cross and his staff made me like going to the dentist again, and their level of service has impressed me so much I recommend them to everyone I talk to.
Absolutely love this dental practice! The office and medical staff are amazing!
The prices are high here. But that would be fine if it was just high prices (and presumably good work). The prices change! They will call you a month or a year later and ask for more money, finding some ridiculous excuses. If you must go to John J Cross DDS, do yourself a favor and get pricing in writing ahead of time, or you will be paying for a long time - and much more than you thought. In my case, they tried to overcharge me 6 (SIX, yes SIX) times the amount they promised in the beginning.
