Customer service at its best! We stayed in OC over Valentine’s Day a few years ago and got snowed in. My young son saw the jewelry display at the hotel and wanted to buy me a small item (very small). I called the number and the man said he was closing up the 2nd street store because of the snow but he would come open the store under our hotel.
