I had a terrible experience with her (Kim) asked for a simple, straight french cut. She cut uneven, then I also noticed there are long hair parts left, it was such a mess. When I went back and showed her the unevenness, she made a hasty correction on the spot, leaving my hair looking like a child cut it. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
Kim is a patient and talented colorist! She is a great listener and really took the time to understand how I hoped my hair would look. The final result came out even better than I imagined! I am so happy I found her! Thank you Kim!!!

I have been getting my hair done by Kim for over two years and she is the best! I am usually indecisive about color and style and she always knows what cut and color would work best for me. I leave the salon each time with my hair looking even better than expected!
