After scouting out dental offices for a few days, I finally decided on OC Graceful Smiles. The thing that caught my attention was that it seemed to be a Woman lead office and so I felt that I would be most comfortable there and low and behold, I absolutely was! All of the ladies made me feel welcome and comfortable. They offer water, sparkling water, or even coffee before you get started. They get to know you which makes the experience personable. My son and I are both new patients of Dr. Patel. She has a very friendly and communicative staff. It was easy for us to get appointments right away. I had been searching for a quality dentist after feeling disappointed with my previous provider. Dr Patel uses modern techniques to ensure patient comfort. I appreciate her level of detail and concern during all procedures. I feel very comfortable recommending her services for all of your dental needs.
Incredible experience from the very beginning; from the front office to the staff to Dr.Patel. Dr. Patel took care of my dad’s dental needs in the most caring way like she was taking care of a family member. 10/10 . Will definitely be coming back for regular check ups
Absolutely love this place! Dr. Patel and the ladies are amazingly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend coming here for reassurance in the care they provide. They listen and explain everything in such a manner that you feel comfortable and confident with the work they do. Not only are they very professional but they genuinely care for their patients.
I’ve always hated going to the dentist, and honestly never thought I’d say this, but Dr. Patel has made it the most relaxing and comfortable dental experience I’ve ever had.
