Disappointing customer service! Communication is terrible. They are always “too busy to talk to you” and the promised calls back never comes. Do not respond their emails either. Randy is Most unprofessional. And good luck reaching Ryan.
Came in with a few friends and ordered I believe most of the vegetarian items on the menu. The lentil soup was fine, but the mushroom soup was really good. The potato pancakes by themselves tasted like gourmet hash browns, but the applesauce took it to another level. I absolutely LOVE suppenkuche, it's my go to German spot. It's literally the closest thing I've ever gotten food-wise to what I eat when I'm in Germany. Definitely a must if you're in the mood to try something new or taste that little bit of home away from home.
