I chose OC Eurotech to do the PPI on a 2009 Mercedes CL600 I was purchasing based on all the 5 star reviews. The 5 stars are well deserved. Eric and Sean were both friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even though the car had essentially no flaws, I still spent 30 minutes on the phone with Sean discussing the results of the inspection, which shows how thorough it was. Good help is hard to find - good thing Sean and Erik at OC Eurotech are there. The absolute professionals with a touch of personal care that you just don't see anymore. This is service with a smile, service that educates the customer, and ultimately, quality care that ensures your vehicle is in the best hands. I used them for a PPI on a European car I bought sight unseen from across the country. Sean was professional, thorough, patient and described the car's condition accurately and honestly. He took the time to walk through all the findings and made me comfortable buying the car despite having never been able to see it myself. I wouldn't buy a car in the area without having Sean take a look at it and would take any vehicle of mine to Sean and OC Eurotech if I lived in the area. Highly recommend.

If I could give OC Euro Tech 10 stars, I totally would! Sean and Erick were awesome while they worked on my mom's 1996 Mercedes Benz SL600. They answered all my questions, dealt with the insurance without any hassle, and their customer service was just top-notch. It's so rare to find this kind of attention to detail and genuine care nowadays. I’m definitely going back, and if you’re around Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, or Irvine, you should totally check them out for your car too.

I have been looking for a few years for a team that can work on my BMW, that knows their stuff, AND comes with excellent references. I found my team here at OC Eurotech. Did my break pads and also solved an issue with the battery terminal showing an airbag warning light. Everyone else wanted a ton of money to fix it, so I just left it broken. They figured it could be a loose terminal on the batter and sure enough, its fixed now. Thank you guys!!! All my friends and family are going to your team.
