Second time and again they were amazing. Got my valve covered gasket done and added in spark plugs and ignition coils based on their suggestion and now my BMW starts up better, has power immediately instead of needing to wait to warm up. Recently, I was shopping for a Porsche Boxster and I was referred to the shop by Jerry Fontaine from Phillips Auto Dealership. It was Friday before Memorial day and the shop was very busy. I talked to few people about the pre purchase inspection that I needed done that day. Long story short the guys at the shop made an exception and went above and beyond to inspect the car thoroughly. I had a car taken there from a local dealership for a Pre-purchase inspection, and much like another reviewer here said, they were very thorough and took the time to go through the issues point by point with me over the phone. They sent pictures of every flaw or issue, no matter how minor. Small cracks in the trim, paint imperfections, etc. Also sent pictures of the entire underside of the car. I was impressed with the way they handled it.
I chose OC Eurotech to do the PPI on a 2009 Mercedes CL600 I was purchasing based on all the 5 star reviews. The 5 stars are well deserved. Eric and Sean were both friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even though the car had essentially no flaws, I still spent 30 minutes on the phone with Sean discussing the results of the inspection, which shows how thorough it was.
