I'm giving 5 stars to my last visit with Dr. Klein. I came in with a couple of things that made me unhappy with my last filler procedure. She knew just what to do. A little more in the cheeks, a tiny bit inside my lower lip....perfect!
Lifetime Scars Botox ineffective (Dr) + SCARS (Shawn PA) from liquid nitrogen. I could write a book but cliff notes are Botox never resulted in any muscle/face movement reduction and I had tiny brown age spots removed ($2400). The result of the tiny spot removal was large scars. After this and after paying $2400 cash they sent a bill for $153 which I disputed (due to scars) they were very rude and dismissive and I continued to fight it and even reported them to the medical board. Dr. Klein and OC Dermatology is the best! Since I have found Dr. Klein and OC Dermatology I have not gone anywhere else. I plan to stay there for life. I trust to get great service and I know I am in good hands. Dr. Klein has to be the best in the business and I would follow her wherever she went.
