Eddie was responsive, proactive, and straight-forward. He was kind enough to deliver the car to my repair facility for a full inspection, and was accommodating with after-hours visits and test drives. His skills in selecting premium vehicles is his strength. My S550 is in remarkable condition, and is in a rare color/trim option. Overall a refreshing used car experience.
