I stumbled upon OC beauty box through Instagram. From my very first inquiry, Roberta was quick to respond and pleasant to interact with. She made a true effort to be accommodating. I scheduled an appointment for shortly thereafter. When I met Roberta, she was super engaging and friendly. Her office is in a nice location in Huntington Beach. I had an amazing experience at this med spa from start to finish. Roberta was incredibly gentle and attentive. She truly listened to all of my areas of concern and took the time to explain everything thoroughly before moving forward. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and care are unmatched. I would highly recommend this med spa to anyone looking for high-quality, personalized care.
I went to see Roberta to get a lip flip and some botox. I came in a bit nervous since it was my first time. She was very thorough and made me feel so comfortable by explaining everything the entire process. She explained aftercare and what to expect the following days.
